Centre Rules – Ilford
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Socks must be worn by children and adults on the soft play (socks are available to buy at reception). Only café-purchased food and drink may be consumed inside, except baby food and baby milk.
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Valuables are brought in at your own risk. No birthday cakes during normal play sessions — cakes are only allowed for pre-booked parties.
Adults must stay with their children
Every child must be supervised by a responsible adult for the whole visit. We cannot look after a child while you go to the car, the shops, or anywhere else. Children cannot be left with another young person or teenager.
Socks on the play equipment
For hygiene and safety, socks must be worn at all times by children and adults on the soft play. Forgot yours? Spare pairs are sold at reception.
Café food and drink only
Only food and drinks bought from Cookie's Island may be consumed inside the centre. Exception: baby food and baby milk are always welcome. Any other outside food or drink must be removed before you enter the play area.
Birthday cakes
Birthday cakes are only allowed for pre-booked, paid parties. We cannot accept a cake during a normal play session. At parties, cakes are lit and taken to the birthday child by a team member in the designated party area.
Play sessions
Sessions last 90 minutes and start at 10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm and 4:00pm. Please arrive a few minutes early for check-in so you get the full play time.
Bookings, walk-ins and refunds
Online booking is always our best price and guarantees your space. Walk-ins pay £1 more per person and entry is not guaranteed once we are at capacity.
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed. Please check the date and session time before you pay.
Personal belongings
We do our best to keep the centre safe, but valuables are brought in at your own risk. Keep bags and phones with you.
