Parties FAQ
Do you do birthday parties?
Yes. Daytime parties include 90 minutes of play, a hot meal, juice, dessert, party bags and a host. Pricing from £21 Monday–Friday term time and £24 weekends and school holidays. We also offer exclusive hire of the whole centre.
Can you have an exclusive hire party during the day?
The earliest exclusive hire is from 4pm. Please contact us for a bespoke quote — evening prices vary by package, with an extra cost versus the party page because the centre closes early.
Can we arrive before the party starts?
The birthday child and their family may enter up to 15 minutes before the party starts, while the centre is cleaned and prepared between sessions.
How many children can I invite?
Packages have minimum and maximum guest numbers, discussed at booking. Decide whether siblings are included; extra siblings can pay the entry fee to play at the same time.
What if fewer children attend than expected?
We encourage you to pay for fewer children than your full guest list to allow for absences. Additional children can be paid for on the day. Refunds are not given below the minimum number paid for.
How many adults can I invite?
We allow 1 parent per child included in your package. Extra tables are £15 (seats 8). Discuss requirements with our team.
When will I need to pay for my party?
A deposit secures the date, time and package. The balance is due 10 days before the party. You will receive a confirmation email.
What if we have to cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable. You may move the party to another date. If you cancel, any balance paid over the deposit is refunded except mascot bookings.
Can I view the venue before I book?
Yes. We can book a convenient time to see the venue, menus and party packages. We also have a party catalogue of extras.
Can I order food for adults at my party?
Yes. Adult platters must be ordered and paid for at least 10 days before the party, then laid out buffet-style about 20 minutes after arrival.
What if a party guest has special dietary requirements?
Tell us before the party. We have an allergy menu and can work with the kitchen team so no guest leaves hungry.
How much time do children get to play during a party?
If guests arrive on time they get 90 minutes on the apparatus, then sit down for happy birthday, meal, juice and dessert.
Can children play again after eating?
